Most of our perennials have stopped blossoming (except for this one white echinacea) but the grasses lend color and texture to our winter garden.
In October, we removed the quaking Aspen because it kept sending up unwanted shoots all over the iris bed and into the lawn. Now it gives the Ginko tree plenty of room to shine next spring, summer and fall.
With red weeping Japanese Maple leaves on the ground, can winter be arriving soon?
